Boston debut

Kate Weare creates terrifically satisfying dance phrases. And her fine company . . .  brings these steps to full, luscious life.”—The New York Times

Known for work that is physically charged and emotionally unguarded, Kate Weare Company creates ingenious and imaginative dances that deal with contemporary perceptions of identity and relationship. Her work explores basic human urges to move and decode movement in the search for intimacy. Her wonderfully intricate, nuanced dance vocabulary is technically challenging yet highly sensuous, if not downright erotic.

Free preperformance talks with dance critic Debra Cash 30 minutes prior to curtain in the ICA lobby.

Free postperformance Q&A with the company Friday, April 19.
